Blue Anchor Property Management invites you to pack your bags, kids, friends and dogs! Welcome to the newly constructed townhome, "A Wave From It All" located in North Topsail Beach NC. This immaculate home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, an elevator, LVP flooring & quartz countertops throughout, beachy decor and furnishings and the most beautiful views of both, the ocean and sound! With an elevator and beach access just steps away from the door, getting to the beach has never been easier!

The lower level of this home offers a large primary king suit and a king bedroom with a hall bathroom. The spacious primary offers a King sized bed, chest of drawers for storage, a mounted TV and a private bath with double sinks & a large tiled shower. Enjoy your coffee on the private and peaceful oceanfront deck, relax in bar height adirondack chairs while enjoying a beautiful, Topsail sunrise! The second bedroom offers another king sized bed, mounted TV and a private deck with views of the sound, a perfect spot to end the day experiencing the sunset, nature's dramatic display of vibrant colors that paint the sky. For your convenience there is a hall bathroom with tub/shower combination just a few steps away. Also a chair that folds into a bed in front king.

On the top level, you will find two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a triple bunk bed. Both rooms open to a shared balcony on the sound side. On the oceanfront side you will find an open living space, with plenty of seating and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The large quartz island offers seating for four and the dining table seats six, downstairs you will find a picnic table with seating for 4...plenty of space to enjoy a meal together! The deck off of the living room has 4 bar height adirondack chairs, relax with a glass of wine, while listening to the soothing sounds of waves crashing and birds calling.

Spend your days walking the beautiful clean beaches hunting for prehistoric shark teeth, playing in the ocean, or simply relaxing on the decks while enjoying all the comforts of home! This home is a great spot for your family vacation and is sure to be enjoyed by all! A beach access and is just steps away from the house!

Our guests are greeted with a Welcome Bag filled with "starter" essentials you and your family may need for the start of your vacation. The Welcome Bag includes starter quantities of water, coffee, popcorn, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and more. (quantities, brands and selections subject to change)

Pool construction is complete pending final occupancy inspection from the town of North Topsail Beach. We are hoping it will be open sometime in May 2024.

**Guests are required to be a minimum of 25 years old, provide valid ID, authorize a security deposit hold, and sign a lease and addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours before the reservation is confirmed. Guests that are not related must be 30 years old and all guests in the party must present a valid ID and sign a lease with addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management, no house parties allowed. Events may be allowed with prior approval, Event Addenda, and Event fees paid within 48 hours of the booking for the reservation to be confirmed. Dogs are allowed at this property. Up to two dogs 50 lbs each, if the booking channel only collects for one dog, any additional pet fee is due to Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours of the booking in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Blue Anchor Property Management has the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if any of the above requirements have not been met.**

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
