Come relax at our cozy seaside getaway, where time slows down and everything happens “In A Minute.” Watch stunning views of both the ocean and sound, and watch the sun rise and set while sipping sweet tea on one of our 4 balconies. The open living space is perfect for families to relax in the living room or gather around the large island to play a board game. The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing a large meal to share a fun family activity.
The first floor boasts the primary bedroom with King bed, private balcony overlooking the ocean. The ensuite bathroom has dual vanities and a stand alone shower. Just down the hall there is full bathroom and another bedroom with a king bed, private balcony with sound views.
On the top level, you will find two additional bedrooms with one queen bed and a double bed with a full bathroom down the hallway to share. An open living space and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances complete the upper level. The large granite island offers seating for three and the additional dining table seats six...plenty of space to enjoy a meal together! The deck off of the living room has a counter-height table with 4 chairs. Relax with a glass of wine, while listening to the soothing sounds of waves crashing and birds calling.
Spend your days walking the beautiful clean beaches, hunting for prehistoric shark teeth, playing in the ocean, or simply relaxing on the decks while enjoying all the comforts of home! This home is a great spot for your family vacation and is sure to be enjoyed by all! A beach access is just steps away from the house!

**Guests are required to be a minimum of 25 years old, provide valid ID, authorize a security deposit hold, and sign a lease and addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours before the reservation is confirmed. Guests that are not related must be 30 years old and all guests in the party must present a valid ID and sign a lease with addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management, no house parties allowed. Events may be allowed with prior approval, Event Addenda, and Event fees paid within 48 hours of the booking for the reservation to be confirmed. No cats or other pets except dogs are allowed at this property. Up to two dogs 50 lbs each, if the booking channel only collects for one dog, any additional pet fee is due to Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours of the booking in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Blue Anchor Property Management has the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if any of the above requirements have not been met.**

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
