The pool is shared between 6 townhouses in a private community. $1000/week Discount has been applied to the rental rate until the pool gets Certificate of Occupancy. Water is in the pool, awaiting an engineering report, final inspections from the Town of North Topsail Beach before the pool receives the Certificate of Occupancy. Since we cannot guarantee a date on the signoff from all inspections, we have discounted the rental rate by $1000/week as an incentive. No guarantees are offered on the date that the pool will be ready.

The oceanfront king ensuite with a twin sleeper and private balcony offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. You can relax on the balcony, enjoy a cup of coffee, and watch the sunrise over the ocean. The king bedroom with a twin sleeper and sound side private balcony and the shared balcony downstairs is perfect for those who love to watch the sunset. The two additional bedrooms, one with a twin trundle and one with twin bunks, are perfect for families with children.

This property also offers Keyless Access Entry for a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. Codes are given upon check-in and will no longer work after check-out time. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am sharp!

**Guests are required to be a minimum of 25 years old, provide valid ID, authorize a security deposit hold, and sign a lease and addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours before the reservation is confirmed. Guests that are not related must be 30 years old and all guests in the party must present a valid ID and sign a lease with addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management, no house parties allowed. Events may be allowed with prior approval, Event Addenda, and Event fees paid within 48 hours of the booking for the reservation to be confirmed. Dogs are allowed at this property. Up to two dogs 50 lbs each, if the booking channel only collects for one dog, any additional pet fee is due to Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours of the booking in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Blue Anchor Property Management has the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if any of the above requirements have not been met.**

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
